Quick and Easy Cream Cheese Fruit Dip Recipes
Basic Cream Cheese Fruit Dip
For a cupful of luscious creamy dip, you must have,
- Cream cheese, 8 oz. (softened)
- Walnuts or pecans, 1 cup (finely ground)
- Packed brown sugar, ¾ cup
- Vanilla extract, 1 tsp.
Take a large vessel and put all the ingredients in it. After that, you can either use a hand whisk to blend everything together or use a molinillo, which happens to be a wooden Mexican hand whisk. In case you have one, hold the handle of the molinillo in between your palms and rotate it by chafing your palms against each other. This will make the broad disk at the other end of themolinillo to rotate and mingle all the ingredients very well together, leaving you with a smooth dip. Add the ground walnuts and whip some more and chill for an hour in the fridge, covered, before serving. Simple, ain't it?
