Turkish nation always join hands with Pakistani brothers: Mustafa Babur


ISLAMABAD, Feb 10 (APP): Ambassador of Turkey to Pakistan Mustafa Babur Hizlan said on Thursday that Turkish nation always joins hands with Pakistani brothers and the relief goods are gift for the flood affected people of Pakistan. He was addressing a joint press conference with Chairman Khubaib Foundation Nadeem Ahmed Khan here at the Head Office of Khubaib Foundation.
Hizlan said Pakistan is our Muslim brother country and Turkey is working in many social sectors of Pakistan.
Insani Haqooq Huyarit representative (IHH) Mahmit Kara said that we send these relief items to show that Turkish nation always joins hands with Pakistani brothers.
He said Turkey sent items to share the sorrows and troubles of Pakistani nation.
Chairman Khubaib Foundation Nadeem Ahmed Khan briefed the media about MV Defney which has reached Khubaib Foundation carrying 125 containers of relief goods for flood victims of Pakistan.
He said that Khubaib Foundation handed over the keys of fully furnished newly constructed houses, rickshaws, Rs. 50,000 cash, and cows among widows, seeds and fertilizers among farmers which were affected by flood.
He said that about 25 Turkish delegations visited Pakistan under the umbrella of Khubaib Foundation and surveyed the affected areas of Pakistan and then sent a ship carrying food and non-food items for flood victims.
Representatives of political parties especially praised the Turkish brothers that they always helped Pakistan on every stage.
They said that Turkey was the first country that helped during the tragic disaster of flood 2010.
